My name is Nina and I started a food blog in order to share my favourite recipes with people who want to explore different dishes whilst being committed about reducing food waste. I am half Japanese and half British and grew up in Singapore, surrounded by lots of different cuisines. Like most foodies, I'm obsessed with figuring out what I'm cooking, and lets be honest, what I am eating next. I'll be using this blog to share recipes, tips and tricks on how to maximise taste and minimise waste.
